The 5th East Africa Oil & Gas Summit

The East Africa Oil and Gas Summit (EAOGS) is firmly established as the most prestigious oil and gas conference and exhibition in East Africa. Now in its 5th year, EAOGS once again has the official endorsement of the Ministry of Mining & Petroleum Kenya and this year EAOGS will build on the success of the 2016 Summit which welcomed over 450 delegates from 380 regional and international companies and 30 different countries.

Furthermore, Hon John Munyes, Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Mining and Petroleum, Kenya has been confirmed to give the opening address at the event, addressing delegates as part of an exclusive ‘Overview of East Africa’s Oil & Gas Landscape’ Ministerial Session

 New for 2018: The Upstream Oil & Gas Awards will take place as part of EAOGS 2018 on 21st June. This ceremony recognises and celebrates outstanding achievements from within the emerging upstream oil and gas industry. Open to individuals and companies operating in the country, these awards highlight exceptional achievement across all key areas within the upstream oil and gas value chain.

EAOGS is the largest event of its kind in East Africa and will examine the key topics that affect the rapidly advancing oil and gas industry throughout East Africa. It is organised by the East African Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture (EACCIA), alongside UK based conference and events specialist Global Event Partners.
